Trinity42 has been part of Malaysia's SME ecosystem for over 35 years. That relationship carries a responsibility we don't take lightly. Our ESG commitment reflects a simple belief: a business that truly matters to its clients must also matter to the people around it.
Our total measured carbon footprint for 2024 — Scope 1 and Scope 2 combined. We're among the first digital marketing companies in Malaysia to formally disclose this.
Worth of pro bono digital services provided to the Archdiocese of Kuala Lumpur — website development, UX redesign, and platform support for parish communities across the Klang Valley.
SME leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs who completed AI training through Trinity42 Academy in 2024 — covering workflow automation, ethical AI use, and data-driven decision-making.
Women make up 59% of our total workforce, hold 69% of senior management positions, and 50% of board-level seats. Inclusion isn't aspirational here — it's operational.
Our Focus Areas
We may not run factories, but digital operations have a carbon cost — every click, every campaign, every server request. In 2024, we launched a Low-Carbon by Design framework across our service delivery, reducing energy consumption on optimized campaigns by up to 40%. We conduct monthly internal energy audits and have appointed department-level Energy Champions. Our Scope 3 reporting is being built out for 2026 disclosure.
Our people strategy isn't about perks — it's about principles. We invest in continuous learning through Trinity42 Academy, support flexible arrangements where needed, and celebrate the cultural and personal milestones that make our team who they are. Beyond our walls, we use our digital expertise as a force for community good — bridging digital gaps for organizations that serve others.
We operate under a clear Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy, a confidential whistleblower mechanism, and annual mandatory governance training for all board members and C-suite. Our Data Privacy and Cybersecurity framework is anchored in Malaysia's PDPA 2010, with zero substantiated complaints or breaches recorded in 2024. This isn't a compliance exercise — it's how we maintain the trust of clients and partners.
How We Live This
Our tagline isn't decorative. When we help an SME grow digitally, that growth flows outward — into jobs, communities, and local economies. We align our ESG roadmap with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and Malaysia's national frameworks, including NETR, NIMP 2030, and the i-ESG Framework by MITI.
Trinity42 Digital's 2025 ESG Report is prepared with reference to GRI Standards 2021, Bursa Malaysia's Sustainability Reporting Guide 3.0, and UN SDGs. This is our inaugural report — and it establishes the baseline we'll improve against every year.
Scope 3 emissions aren't yet reported. Supplier ESG screening is still qualitative. Certain KPIs are baseline-only. We're stating that clearly because we believe transparency about gaps is more valuable than a polished highlight reel.
Our ESG Report
Our 2025 ESG Report covers our carbon footprint, workforce and diversity data, CSR contributions, governance policies, and the frameworks we're aligned to. It's 29 pages — and it doesn't skip the parts we're still working on.
"I firmly believe the businesses of tomorrow will be measured not just by profit, but by the values they uphold and the legacy they build." Christopher Ng Kwong Eu · Group CEO, Trinity42 Group
