Ashley Tan, Director of Learning & Digital Transformation at Trinity42, is now fully dedicated to spearheading the T42 Academy, the company’s dynamic training arm. With over a decade of extensive, hands-on experience in the digital marketing landscape, Ashley is committed to empowering Malaysian SMEs and professionals by designing and delivering impactful learning solutions that drive real-world digital transformation. Her expertise is particularly concentrated on the strategic integration of emerging technologies, making her a leading voice in training related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its practical applications for business growth.
Under Ashley’s leadership, the T42 Academy leverages Trinity42’s deep industry credentials – including being the first Malaysian Channel Partner of Alibaba.com (since 2009), a Google Premier Partner (since 2013), and the first Google International Growth Partner in Southeast Asia. This unique foundation allows her to translate cutting-edge digital and AI insights into actionable, results-driven programs, ensuring participants gain not just knowledge, but the skills to achieve measurable business outcomes. She is passionate about equipping the business community with the tools to navigate and excel in the digital economy.
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Ashley’s dedication to the SME community extends to her roles on the Central Region Executive Committee of the Small and Medium Enterprises Association Malaysia (SAMENTA), where she serves as the International Trade Director and on the Digitalisation & AI committee. These positions further underscore her commitment to fostering international trade opportunities, facilitating global connections, and actively championing the adoption of digital and AI advancements for Malaysian businesses on a broader industry scale.

Edward Poh
Trade42 Platform Manager
Edward Poh is the Platform Manager of Trade42, a cross-border export platform under Trinity42 that supports SMEs across Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia. He leads the platform’s growth, partner network, and strategic development, playing a central role in driving its revamp and enabling digital adoption for businesses looking to start their export journey.
Prior to this, Edward played a key role in a digital transformation initiative aimed at streamlining workflows, enhancing sales strategies, and integrating digital tools across business functions. The project involved deep collaboration with internal teams and strategic partners to create a more agile, tech-enabled operation. It challenged him to rethink conventional approaches, adopt a cross-functional mindset, and develop scalable solutions across multiple departments.
With over a decade of experience in digital marketing and platform management, Edward also delivers structured training in AI prompting, digital marketing strategy, platform enablement, and digital transformation. Since 2019, he has conducted digitalisation-focused training sessions in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia, empowering SME owners, sales teams, and marketing professionals to go digital with clarity and confidence.
Edward is passionate about helping businesses gain clarity and confidence in digitalisation. His training bridges strategy with action, equipping participants with the skills and mindsets to thrive in a digital-first economy.

Azrah Aishah
With nearly 14 years of experience in the digital space, S. Azrah Aishah has built a unique career that blends an engineering mindset with strategic marketing expertise. Drawing from her engineering background where she sharpened her problem-solving and systems thinking, her journey through the digital marketing ecosystem has been hands-on and deep, covering everything across all platforms. She previously served as the Head of Digital Branding & Strategy at TRINITY42 Digital, where she helped businesses strengthen their digital presence through data-backed strategies, trend analysis, and tactical execution. She has worked across the full funnel, crafting strategies that not only drive visibility but deliver measurable results.
Now, as Head Strategist at T42 Academy, she leads the development of high-impact, real-world training programmes designed to equip professionals with the digital skills that matter today. From crafting high-impact curriculums to delivering strategic guidance, she ensures every programme equips participants with practical skills they can immediately use. She is the architect behind the signature course “Mastering AI for Digital Marketing with Human Creativity,” and is actively developing new modules that reflect the latest shifts in technology and consumer behaviour.
Her expertise has been sought by both public and corporate sectors in Malaysia. She was a featured panel speaker on Sinar Harian’s national live broadcast, “Revolusi Perniagaan Digital,” where she shared expert insights on the evolving digital business landscape. Beyond public engagements, she was entrusted to train teams at the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) — a key government-linked agency — where she led practical sessions on integrating ChatGPT and generative AI into business workflows. Her ability to translate complex technologies into actionable strategies has made her a go-to resource for organisations navigating the fast-changing digital and AI-driven landscape.
