KUALA LUMPUR, 18 August 2026 — Trinity42 Digital Sdn Bhd and Nazsoft Tech Sdn Bhd signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Menara MATRADE to support the MADANI Digital Trade (MDT) Platform and advance digital trade adoption among Malaysian businesses.
The MoU was signed by Mr. Nor Azlan Johan Norazman, Chief Strategic Officer of Nazsoft Tech Sdn Bhd, and Mr. Christopher Ng, Chief Executive Officer of Trinity42 Digital Sdn Bhd.
The signing was witnessed by Encik Mansor Shah Wahid, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), and Encik Yusram bin Yusup, Senior Director, Transformation and Digital Trade Division, MATRADE.
Strengthening Malaysia’s Digital Trade Ecosystem
MADANI Digital Trade is an AI-driven digitalisation initiative by MATRADE designed to connect Malaysian exporters and SMEs with global trade opportunities. The platform brings together export-focused capabilities including virtual showcases, business matching, an e-marketplace, market intelligence and access to trade facilitation information.
The Trinity42–Nazsoft Tech collaboration is focused on helping more Malaysian SMEs, manufacturers and exporters move beyond digital adoption towards practical international market access.
Mr. Christopher Ng, CEO of Trinity42, said:
“Digitalisation has changed how businesses discover markets, connect with buyers and build international opportunities. For Malaysian SMEs and manufacturers, the opportunity is not simply about being online, but about using digital platforms strategically to create new pathways into global markets.”
For Trinity42, the collaboration builds on its experience supporting Malaysian businesses in export digitalisation, international B2B trade and global market development.
From Market Insights to Digital Trade Opportunities
The programme at Menara MATRADE also provided participating businesses with practical insights into Malaysia’s export ecosystem.
En. Mohamed Hafiz Md. Shariff, Senior Manager, MyTrade Digital Unit, MATRADE, presented on navigating the global trade landscape and the opportunities available to Malaysian businesses seeking international growth.
Participants were then given a closer look at the MADANI Digital Trade Platform through a live demonstration and briefing by Ms. Khatherine Lim, Senior Business Development, Nazsoft Tech.
The platform serves as a digital gateway where Malaysian businesses can strengthen their international visibility, discover trade opportunities and access information related to areas such as grants, financing, training, trade leads and international tenders.

Helping Malaysian Businesses Go Beyond Borders
As global B2B trade becomes increasingly digital, the collaboration reflects a shared commitment to helping Malaysian companies become more visible, export-ready and globally competitive.
By combining the MADANI Digital Trade ecosystem with Trinity42’s experience in export digitalisation and international B2B market development, the partnership aims to provide Malaysian businesses with another pathway to identify opportunities and expand beyond the domestic market.
