  • Performance Marketing Specialist

    Responsibilities

    • Creating, planning and overseeing a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels (Google/ Meta/ LinkedIn etc.).
    • Analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions.
    • Writing engaging copy for adverts.
    • Account and campaign strategy development, ongoing results analysis, optimization and strategy refinement.
    • Account direction and management including setting client expectations, project plans, budgeting and forecasting, and overseeing quality and accuracy of deliverables.
    • Research and pursue opportunities for client growth (i.e. Up-selling & cross selling)

    Requirement

    • Minimum 2 years of digital media ad buy experience on Google and Meta (Facebook) platform. 
    • Must have experience in running Google Search Ads & Meta Ads.
    • Direct experience with PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and email campaign strategy and execution.
    • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube), Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Waze Ads.
    • Experience in working with cross-functional teams is a plus.
    • Able to write in more than 2 languages is a plus.

    Responsibilities


    Digital Marketing Campaign:

    • Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert leads for Trinity42.
    • Plan compelling content across various digital channels, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website landing pages by working collaboratively with multimedia teams and content writers to produce high-quality visual assets, videos, and infographics that resonate with target audiences.
    • Optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine visibility and increase organic traffic.
    • Utilize marketing automation tools to manage lead nurturing campaigns, track performance metrics, and analyze data to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
    • Monitor and analyze website analytics, campaign performance, and consumer insights to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and support lead generation efforts.

    Roadshow/ Event Management:

    • Manage all aspects of roadshows/events, including venue selection, supplier negotiations, and budget management. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of roadshows/events, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.

    Client Project:

    • Assist in developing marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals for client pitches and promotional activities.
    • Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

    Requirement:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • At least 2 years proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on inbound lead generation.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads) are desirable.
